5 Emails to Welcome Your Potential Clients: Email Marketing for Photographers {Ep 047}

Lately, some of my students have asked me – what do I put into the sequence when someone opts in for my email list? If I have a Facebook or VIP group, and a question when someone joins for an email address, what do I send them once they’re opted in? Email marketing for photographers can be a loaded topic, and deciding on the emails to welcome the people that want to hear more from you is crazy important! 

Today we are going to dive into welcoming the people that want to hear from you – they’ve opted in, and because you’re the badass business owner that you are, you are ready to welcome them with open arms! Thinking about your overall client journey is CRAZY important, and this welcome sequence or funnel is just one small piece. When someone opts in, what do we want them to do? Book us, right? Confirm their session or wedding or whatever service they need, and pay for the amazing service that we provide. So how do we walk someone through the journey to get to that point? 

Really embracing email marketing for photographers will give you the chance to welcome someone with open arms, and we are going to go through the emails to welcome them. You want them to learn more about you, what you do, and ask for more information about them. You’re starting a connection, a conversation. When you do this correctly, you won’t have to compete on price or anything else. Your ideal clients will want ONLY you to work with them!
