Before your first session, you will complete a brief questionnaire about your business, goals, challenges, and priorities.

This helps me understand the bigger picture before we meet so we can spend our time creating solutions instead of gathering basic information.

3. Meet on Zoom

We will dig into your questions, identify the real issues, and create a clear strategy.

4. Take Action

You will leave with practical next steps, not vague ideas.

Ongoing mentorship clients will also receive feedback and accountability as they implement changes.

POLICIES & FAQ

How long are coaching sessions?

Coaching sessions are scheduled in 60 to 120-minute increments, depending on your needs, available coaching hours, and scheduling availability.

When does my mentorship period begin?

Your mentorship period begins with your first scheduled coaching session.

Do unused coaching hours roll over?

No. Unused coaching time expires at the end of the selected mentorship period and does not roll over.

What is included in email support?

Email support is intended for brief questions, feedback, and accountability between coaching sessions.

Questions requiring in-depth strategy, extensive document review, substantial troubleshooting, or a lengthy response will be addressed during a scheduled coaching session.

Can I send you my documents for review?

Yes, when document feedback is included in your mentoring option.

To ensure that feedback remains thoughtful and actionable, document reviews should focus on one primary topic or project at a time.

For example, we may focus on your pricing guide first, then move to your email workflow or website during a later stage of your mentorship.

Please do not send an entire library of documents at once. We will prioritize the materials that are most relevant to your current goals.

Will you rewrite or redesign everything for me?

Mentorship includes strategic review, recommendations, feedback, and guidance.

Extensive rewriting, design work, website implementation, or other done-for-you services are not included unless separately agreed upon in writing.

How quickly will you respond to emails?

Response times may vary based on my photography and client schedule, but I strive to respond within two business days.

Can we discuss more than one area of my business?

Yes.

Many business challenges overlap. Pricing can affect marketing. Marketing can affect sales. Sales can expose problems in the client experience.

We will prioritize the areas most likely to create meaningful progress instead of trying to fix everything at once.

Is mentoring only for photographers?

No.

While I have extensive experience in photography, many of the principles we may work through apply to service-based businesses, personal brands, creative businesses, and other small business owners.
